Privacy Policy
Effective date: September 16, 2026
1. Introduction
This Privacy Policy explains what happens to information when you use CloudCalcApp's calculators and website. CloudCalcApp is a free collection of online calculators - it is not a registered company, and this policy describes the site's actual current practices, not a general template.
2. Calculator Inputs
The values you type into a CloudCalcApp calculator are processed directly in your own web browser. They are not sent to a CloudCalcApp server for calculation, and CloudCalcApp does not store the numbers or values you enter into a calculator.
3. Information You Choose to Provide
If you email us at cloudcalcapp@gmail.com, we receive whatever information you choose to include in that message - for example your email address, the content of your message, and any attachments you send. We use this only to read and respond to you. We do not sell this information, and we do not have a fixed, published retention period for it.
4. Analytics
CloudCalcApp uses Google Analytics to understand general website usage, such as which pages are visited and how the site is performing. This gives us aggregate information about traffic to the site; it is not the same as the calculator input data described in Section 2, which is never sent anywhere.
5. Cookies
Google Analytics may use cookies or similar technologies as part of how it measures site usage. CloudCalcApp itself does not set its own cookies for tracking purposes.
6. Third-Party Services
Google Analytics (see Section 4) is the only third-party service CloudCalcApp currently uses to process information about visitors. The site is hosted using standard third-party web hosting infrastructure, as is normal for any website.
7. External Links
Some calculators and pages link to external reference sources. Those websites have their own privacy practices, and this Privacy Policy does not cover them.
8. Children's Privacy
CloudCalcApp is a general-purpose calculator website and is not specifically directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children, but we do not verify the age of visitors who use the calculators.
9. Data Security
We take reasonable care with the limited information described above, but no method of transmission or storage over the internet can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
10. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as CloudCalcApp changes. Any update will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
